This high-capacity 3-core Medium Voltage (MV) power cable is engineered for primary power distribution in utility grids and heavy industrial networks. It features XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) insulation for superior thermal performance (90°C continuous operation) and high dielectric strength, complemented by a Copper Tape Shield (CTS) for effective electric field stress control. The construction is reinforced with Double Steel Tape Armor (STA), providing exceptional protection against mechanical impact and radial pressure. Designed for durability and long-term reliability, it is ideal for direct burial, underground ducts, or power stations in urban infrastructure and industrial complexes where robust physical protection and stable medium-voltage electricity transmission are required.

ACSR 1000/80

The ACSR 1000/80 is an Ultra-High Voltage (UHV) transmission conductor designed for massive power delivery. It features a nominal aluminum cross-sectional area of 1000mm² for current carrying and a steel core area of 80mm² for mechanical support. This specific "high-conductivity, light-steel" ratio is engineered for UHVDC (±800kV) or UHVAC (1000kV) lines where maximizing electrical throughput is critical, and the mechanical load is managed by multi-conductor bundling (e.g., 6, 8, or 10 conductors per phase). It is a key component in national "West-to-East" power transmission projects, capable of transmitting gigawatts of power over thousands of kilometers with reduced line losses.

Aluminum Conductor Composite Core (ACCC®)

The ACCC® Conductor represents a major technological leap in overhead transmission lines. Unlike traditional ACSR cables that use a steel core, ACCC utilizes a patented Hybrid Carbon & Glass Fiber Composite Core. This core is significantly lighter and stronger than steel, and crucially, it has a near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion, meaning it does not sag significantly even under high heat load. Surrounding the core are Trapezoidal-shaped fully annealed aluminum wires (TW). This compact design eliminates the air gaps found in round-wire cables, allowing for ~28% more aluminum in the same diameter.
